Westmorland and Furness Leaflet Swap and Networking event

Calling all local tourism businesses!

In partnership with Hutton in the Forest we are hosting our popular FREE Westmorland and Furness Leaflet Swap and Networking event on Tuesday 16th March 2027, 1pm to 3pm (drop in event) at Hutton in the Forest Historic House, near Penrith.

The Leaflet Swap and Networking event is an opportunity to meet and make new contacts with other local tourism businesses, learn about the experiences and activities on offer across the area and pick up a selection of leaflets for your visitors.

There will also be the opportunity for a tour of Hutton in the Forest Historic House before it opens for the season.  Refreshments will be provided.

The event follows on from our previous Leaflet Swap events held at Hutton in the Forest in 2026 and 2025.

Attractions, Activity providers, organisations and projects and schemes of interest to local accommodation providers

This is the ideal opportunity to showcase your latest promotional literature and special offers.  It’s also an ideal chance to talk to other local tourism businesses.  

This event is always popular, so early booking of promotional space is recommended as space is limited.  Table space can be booked in the New Year.

Accommodation operators, TICs and businesses that display visitor information

If you are an accommodation operator, Tourist Information Centre or business that displays visitor information, this is a great opportunity to discover what's new at the start of the season and pick up some leaflets!  Please let us know if you intend to come along so we have an idea of numbers.
